During her time at Weil Gotshal & Manges, Singer served as a litigation partner and was a member of its intellectual property and media practice in both its New York and Silicon Valley offices. Her track record includes notable victories for online retailer eBay Inc. and being part of the Weil team that represented Meta Platforms Inc.'s Facebook in its $19 billion acquisition of WhatsApp Inc. in 2014.
Singer's decision to join Sidley follows a series of recent hires from Weil, including antitrust partners and energy infrastructure and private equity partners.
